Choose the Right Stretch Wrapper for Your Operation

  • Semi-automatic stretch wrappers require an operator to load the pallet and start the wrapping cycle manually. These machines typically use a turntable or rotating arm to wrap the load. They are ideal for businesses wrapping 10 to 50 pallets per day, offering speed and consistency without full automation.
  • Automatic stretch wrappers streamline the process further by using conveyors and sensors to wrap pallets without manual intervention. Once the pallet is placed on the conveyor, the machine wraps, cuts, and seals the film automatically. These systems are best for high-volume operations needing maximum efficiency and labor savings.
  • Robotic stretch wrappers (also called mobile or portable wrappers) move around the pallet instead of rotating the load. They're perfect for wrapping oversized, irregular, or heavy pallets that can't be easily placed on a turntable.
