What type of products does Nassco distribute?
Nassco is a distributor of packaging and janitorial products, chemicals, equipment, and laundry/ware-wash systems. We have partnered with manufacturing companies, i.e., Intertape, Spartan Chemical, 3M, Rubbermaid, Sunburst Chemicals, P&G, GOJO Industries, SCA, Georgia Pacific, and Technical Concepts (to name a few).
Ordering and Billing Information
How do I set up an account?
You can Click Here to set up an account with Nassco. You can also fill out a Credit Application on our web site, sign it, and fax it to 414-422-0537. If you need help customer service would be happy to help you with this process. Please call 414-422-9960 for assistance.
How do I place an order?
At Nassco we want to make it easy to do business with us. We have online ordering, e-mail, fax, or a live Customer Service Representative. See our Contact Us page for more information.
What is your return policy?
Stock products will be exchanged, or given credit, if the product is intact or sellable.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
Special or custom order items, which need to be returned to the manufacturer, will be subject to any applicable restocking charges within 30 days.
What are your terms?
Our terms are net 30 days. Finance charges are added at the rate of 1.5% per month on all past due accounts.
Do you accept checks/credit cards?
Yes, Nassco accepts checks and credit cards. Mastercard, Visa, and American Express are all accepted.
Do you provide on-line ordering?
Yes, we have an up-to-date online ordering system. This system allows you to order, browse, and look at order history all with the click of a button. See our web store to view all available products.

Can I receive my invoices online?
Yes. We can provide your invoices via e-mail or fax. See our Request Online Invoices area to submit your request today.
Do you provide SDS sheets for your products?
Yes. We are continually updating our SDS sheets. SDS sheets can be found within our online catalog attached to individual products. Simply click on the SDS tab to view attached files.
Once I place an order, when can I expect delivery?
Stock items are next-day delivery. Your Customer Service Representative can work with you to accommodate all of your delivery needs including dates and special instructions.
