What type of products does Nassco distribute?
Nassco is a distributor of packaging and janitorial products, chemicals, equipment, and laundry/ware-wash systems. We have partnered with manufacturing companies, i.e., Intertape, Spartan Chemical, 3M, Rubbermaid, Sunburst Chemicals, P&G, GOJO Industries, SCA, Georgia Pacific, and Technical Concepts (to name a few).

Does Nassco have a full-line catalog?
Yes, we have a full-line catalog (hard copy) and you can also browse our catalog on-line.

Ordering and Billing Information

How do I set up an account?
You can click here to set up an account with Nassco.  You can also fill out a credit application on our web site, sign it, and fax it to 414-422-0537.  If you need help customer service would be happy to help you with this process.  Please call 414-422-9960 for assistance.

How do I place an order?
At Nassco we want to make it easy to do business with us. We have on-line ordering, e-mail, fax, or a live Customer Service Representative. See our Contact Us page for more information.

What is your return policy?
Stock products will be exchanged, or given credit, if the product is intact or Saleable.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?
Special or custom order items, which need to be returned to the manufacturer, will be subject to any applicable restocking charges within 30 days.

What are your terms?
Our terms are net 30 days. Finance charges are added at the rate of 1.5% per month on all past due accounts.

Do you accept checks/credit cards?
Yes, Nassco accepts checks and credit cards. Mastercard, Visa, and American Express are all accepted.

Do you provide on-line ordering?
Yes, we have an up-to-date on-line ordering system. This system allows you to order, browse, and look at order history all with the click of a button. See our on-line ordering request area to request an account today.

Can I receive my invoices on line?
Yes. We can provide your invoices via e-mail or fax. See our Request On-line Invoices area to submit your request today.

MSDS Sheets

Do you provide MSDS sheets for your products?
Yes. We are continually updating our MSDS sheets. MSDS sheets can be found within our on-line catalog attached to individual products. Simply click on “View MSDS Sheet” under “External References”. MSDS sheets will be provided the first time you order a product and every time the MSDS sheet changes for that product.

Delivery Information

Once I place an order, when can I expect delivery?
Stock items are next-day delivery. Your Customer Service Representative can work with you to accommodate all of your delivery needs including dates and special instructions.
